    2. Contact the delivery company

    Require the seller the number of the protocol and make sure that the product is coming.

    3. Report suspicious activity

  5. I can't post pictures of my products, what should I do?

    We suspect you are having problems sending the pictures for the following reasons:

    1. Slow connection;

    2. Browser with old version;

    3. incompatible format pictures;

    4. Symbol "+" or special characters in the filename.

    4. heavy pictures (size in KB larger than allowed, 1 MB (1 megabyte)).
